Mr. Meinhardt is a member of Silver & Arsht’s civil department, specializing in real estate, business law, civil litigation, probate litigation, employment law and landlord/tenant disputes. Mr. Meinhardt has been successful in both bench and jury trials, obtaining favorable judgments and settlements for both plaintiffs and defendants alike. Mr. Meinhardt prides himself on finding creative solutions to complex problems, always putting his clients’ needs at the forefront.
Mr. Meinhardt services a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals to large corporations, from traditional professions to emerging technologies, and matters with varying degrees of complexity. Mr. Meinhardt applies his legal expertise to properly meet each client’s specific and individual needs.
For his real estate and business clients, Mr. Meinhardt provides both transactional and litigation services.
