Overview:
Mr. Arsht is a founding member of Silver & Arsht and has headed up the firm’s civil litigation, appellate and transactional departments, including, among other areas, commercial and residential real estate, business law, probate litigation, insurance matter, employment, corporate and partnership matters. From the largest companies, to individuals, clients rely on Mr. Arsht to provide his expertise for all of their legal needs in matters ranging in moderate amounts to many millions of dollars. He has been a featured lecturer in the areas of real estate, business law and insurance.
